I purchased the Actron CP9410 looking since portion on tell me why at a distance was an intermitant check enging light displaying on my 98 pontiac gtp. I thought about several units except selected that module because of price, simplicity, and it was a little more upscale than some of the actual inexpensive units. When connected it instantaneously told me my dilemma. I then tried it on my 99 chevy silverado, because expected not problems and that what the module showed. Lastly i tried it on a 2002 thunderbird. It came along with a data error and would not dictate the odb. I was a little upset and contacted actrom via email explaining the dilemma. The next forenoon a tech sent me a note with a join of things on test. As it turned out at a distance was a bad fuse in the odb circuit and with their specialized support i was capable on correct the dilemma. I would give them 10 stars since the prompt response on my dilemma and their great specialized support. The cp9410 is just a basic scanner very it will not go into some of the article of the higher dollar units, except it did behave exactly what i expected, and the specialized support was a plesant supprise.
