I’ve been holding exit writing a review of this television, waiting and hoping that Panasonic would address the fluctuating brightness issue…they get and the results are superb: fluctuating brightness is a thing of the past. I bought the posed back in May knowing it could have the issue…mine turned out to be a mild case, one that seldom reared its head, only even a nit to choice on my brand young set.
I read entirely near the troubles on high def junkies, a forum devoted to abode theatre enthusiast. I watched the storey develop over the months as Panasonic learned it had a trouble to sort away and created a resolution that worked. (The ribbon is good reading, and thank deity a Panasonic engineer is an active member, otherwise this may not experience been fixed equally rapidly or eventide at all.)
In my case, (There are two different solutions.) a 3rd party tech. swapped the A-board on my set. Took about ten seconds totally told. I was machinated for a before and afterwards comparison…I received a vista from a Battlestar Galactica episode cued up because it illustrated the fluctuations. With the young A-board, the fluctuations vanished. I had the cook done early finally week and get scoured movies known to make FB’s and have felt utterly none. Good occupation Panasonic. (I understand the fix is forthwith incorporated at the mill on newer build dates…mine had an April make date. If you have7 an older model, Panasonic VIERA TC-P50GT30 merely cry the Concierge service and they’ll take tending of you.)
As for the set, I’m altogether pleased. It has a killer picture quality, deep disconsolate blacks, fantabulous fine detail, lag liberal gaming, nice motility handling, properly online apps with an included wireless dongle and a superior build quality to top it off…absolutely foremost rate.
